Fort Street (seen here in 1984 and 2008) is another downtown corridor which has experienced only cosmetic changes over the last two decades. Most noticeable here are upgrades to the facades of the Waterfront Centre, the Jack and Jill Building and Senor Frogs. One of the challenges slowing downtown redevelopment is the limited amount of parking available to tenants and visitors.
