24312 Request for records regarding Certificate of Occupancy for a building in George Town. Granted in full after consultation with third parties.
24666 Records requested: Site Plans and elevations for a residential development in West Bay. Exempt: section 21(1)(a)(ii) of the FOI Law - information of a commercial value destroyed or diminished if disclosed. Note, plans can be copied with the written consent of the architect or owner. The latter is standard procedure outside of the FOI process.
25351 Request summary: - At present we are required by various Boards to provide a ratio of our electrical employees for categories stated in the Electricity Law / Regulations 2005 (Electricians, Wiremen & Apprentices). I would like to add this request for information regarding all the electrical contractors on island. Refused - section 9(c) of the FOI Law, compliance with the request would unreasonably divert the Department's resources. Note that the Department did not have the calculations requested. To comply with the request would require the review of hundreds of pages and substantial time. The request could not be narrowed by the FOI applicant.
